Vikings are said to use sunstone as a navigation system during their many voyages at sea. When the sun was not visable, on cloudy days, they held the stone in the sky. In this way the radiation of the light broke and the position of the sun became visible. Sunstone goes well with Leo & Libra zodiac signs.
